Top two are NT and CB. NT has to be top as we don't have true 3-4 over 320 NT fatties on our squad. Next year, I guarantee we land an NT in the top three rounds. I see the taller CB class coming out next year with some depth at the position in the first two rounds. Since we have some depth at OLB, I just don't see them going after a pass rusher in the first especially if Brooks goes off.
Therefore, NT and CB become the top two positions. Heck, I could actually see us drafting two CBs in the first three rounds.
I am excited about next year's CB class!

Prince Amukamara/CB/Nebraska/7.3: Amukamara offers NFL size (6-feet, 201 pounds) which he uses to shut down opponents regularly. His game has shown tremendous improvement the past two seasons and scouts are excited about his upside.

MY TOP TWO ARE POSITIONS IVE BEEN SCREAMING ABOUT THE LAST 2-3 YRS..
1-NT, not necessarily in 1st. rd., but gotta groom/get a replacement.
2-FB, again not a high pick, but a great do all L.Weaver or L.Mc. Clean type.
3-C, Heitman is getting up there, and Baas is a UFA,hurt and un-proven/non-distinguished.
4-LDE, Balmer looks like a bust and Mac just got in trouble.Soap kinda a stop-gap(but good/solid), need a more dynamic presence here.

1. CB
2. NT
3. DE
4. WR
5. Center
6. Kicker
This all depends on contract negotations too. If we don't resign VD (God forbid) then we need to look for a TE in the 2nd round.

TE is not a position we should be looking to spend a high pick on, even if he goes. I don't think our TEs are too bad even without him. Fullback, on the other hand, is likely to be a position of need by then. I suspect we will also need depth O linemen. But a bit of emphasis on the D line, as you have described, won't go amiss.
