Who do you want to be #13 on the 49ers big board? In other words, if these players were already taken when the 49ers are on the clock at #13 who would you want them to choose? Morgan is the best DE in the draft and most experts say he could play in a 3-4 as an OLB. Charles Brown is the fifth best tackle who was an inconsistent run blocker. He played at about 285 pounds which is about 20 or 25 pounds lighter than an NFL tackle, so that accounts for a lot in terms of his "quick feet". Morgan is the BPA, so he should be #17
