How about Trindon Holiday from LSU? Isn't he a senior this year?

Holiday is a senior, and he's my not-quite-sleeper. He's super small (5'5", 160), but is one of the fastest players in all of college football (not to mention, one of the best punt returners). You could also play him 3-4 snaps a game at slot WR to get some speed on the field. Some people think he's too small, but I think it works to his advantage (especially on kickoffs since he gets lost in the mix, then makes one move and he's gone):

I also like Rutgers Tim Brown, and to a lesser extent, Florida's Brandon James and SMU's Emmanuel Sanders (5'11", 180). For a not-so-small but exceptional special teams WR who could end up being a bigger version of Wes Welker, Jordan Shipley is the guy.

I like what I've heard/read about Sanders, he sounds like he might be the guy. I've seen Shipley play a ton and he'd be decent but I'm not sure what pick we'd spend on him. Tim Brown has good states but I didn't watch Rutgers play that much this year, is he the speed guy we need to stretch the field?

Brown is definitely not in the same class as Desean Jackson, but I think he has the speed and receiving ability to eventually be a deep threat/playmaker in the NFL.
Is Gilyard a little speedy receiver?

Gilyard is a lot like Eddie Royal. I think he's a little taller but same body type, shiftiness, etc..
What about Damian Williams from USC? Might not run the fastest at the combine/pro day but has definite football speed, and has taken a few kicks to the house this year. He's shown great vision in the open field and could be a YAC threat. He's a bit larger than some of the other return specialists in the draft and likely profiles as more of a Sing/Raye WR that can also block. Not sure where's he's slated to go in the draft, but looking at some of the other talent at the position I'd say he could be had in the 3rd-4th unless he has a great workout.
You want little and speedy?
BRANDON BANKS
Looks like a peewee player, speeds like a cheetah

should be a mid-late round pickup

PURE speed

We absolutely cannot wait another year for a PR/KR.

One common theme in many of our losses has been the woes of our special teams.

Banks is a track guy who could probably post a sub 4.35 at the combine....he's plenty fast enough.

Really? He just doesn't seem that explosive fast to me in that video. I trust your knowledge though, but when I see videos of Chris Johnson, Jadvid Best, Ted Ginn, you see explosive speed. I just don't see it here with Banks.

I bet you he doesn't get drafted due to character concerns. He was recently arrested.

That combined with is size (5'7", 150) will definitely impact his draft status, but if he shows remorse at the combine interviews, some team might use a late round pick on him. But you're more than likely correct...

I'm not sure f he returns punts or not but I don't see why not.
