His agent didn't say it. His cousin, a member of his team, or "posse" said that. And without authority to say it. There may or may not be some truth to the fact that they have and/or are willing to do that if it is deemed necessary.

However, they have publicly refuted that statement and have NOT issued any such statement officially themselves.
