The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for a game on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara. The 49ers, who will honor alum Dwight Clark during the game, seek their first win of the season.

Although limited, Reuben Foster participated in all three full practices this week and looks to be on track to play for the first time since suffering a high-ankle sprain on September 10. Foster is listed as questionable for Sunday.

"He's not 100-percent ready to go but I feel very optimistic about it," head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters on Friday. "He had another good practice today. As long as there's not any setbacks here over the next 40 hours or whatever it is, I feel pretty confident."

Fullback Kyle Juszczyk will miss his second-straight game. He did not participate in practice this week. Shanahan was asked how difficult it is for him to game plan without a fullback.

"It's very difficult for the stuff we like to do," Shanahan said. "It's been a challenge for us the last couple of weeks without [Juszczyk]. You have to mix tight ends in the position. You have to change a little bit of what you do schematically. It has a trickle-down effect."

The 49ers will also be without edge defender Aaron Lynch, who also did not practice at all this week. Lynch has been dealing with a calf injury.

Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and the Cowboys. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports, which were provided by the 49ers Communications team.

The San Francisco 49ers restructured fullback Kyle Juszczyk's contract this week, generating approximately $4 million in salary cap space for 2024 and roughly $1.1 million for 2025.
