49ers sign OL Doug Kramer Jr., release OL Nick Zakelj

The 49ers have made a pair of roster moves on Monday.

San Francisco announced the club has signed offensive lineman Doug Kramer Jr. to a one-year deal.

Kramer, 28, has spent most of his career with the Bears, appearing in 18 games for the club. But he's also spent time with the Cardinals and Seahawks.

Kramer last appeared in a regular-season game in 2024, spending most of his time on special teams for Chicago.

As a corresponding move, the team released offensive lineman Nick Zakelj.
