The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 11 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.

The 49ers are being cautious with rookie running back Elijah Mitchell, who sustained a finger fracture during Monday night's win over the Los Angeles Rams. He had surgery on Tuesday to repair the damage.

Today, general manager John Lynch said Mitchell's availability against the Jaguars would be a game-time decision.

"I think that's something that you take all the way [to game time]," Lynch said on KNBR. "He's earned that right, even as a rookie, to take it all the way down to game time. We've got to get on a long flight. Sometimes things react, things can swell. I think our medical team is going to do a real nice job of being aware of all that, and really, [the] effort to have him ready on Sunday."

For now, the rookie running back is listed as "doubtful" for Sunday.

If Mitchell cannot play, the 49ers will likely give Jeff Wilson Jr. the majority of the carries, with rookie Trey Sermon probably serving as the backup.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said the team has not made a decision on whether or not linebacker Dre Greenlaw or safety Jaquiski Tartt will be activated off injured reserve before Sunday.

"We have until 1 tomorrow to decide fully if we need it," Shanahan added.

The Jaguars' leading rusher, James Robinson, is listed as "questionable."

Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Jaguars, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports.
