Florida State edge rusher Brian Burns, a projected first-round draft pick, is scheduled to make a visit to meet with the 49ers in Santa Clara.The 49ers own the No. 2 overall pick in the draft, but Burns could be an option for the club if they trade back to acquire more selections. The 49ers next scheduled pick is No. 36 overall. Burns is mostly viewed as a mid-first-round selection.
