San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk will undergo further testing on Monday. Still, initial tests suggest the key piece of head coach Kyle Shanahan's offense did not suffer a long-term injury.
"Initial tests showed that 49ers offensive weapon Kyle [Juszczyk] hyperextended his knee and could miss 'a couple of weeks,' per source," ESPN's Adam Schefter wrote on social media. "But he will undergo an MRI today to confirm if the initial tests are accurate."

Juszczyk suffered a hit to his knee after making a fourth-quarter catch in Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos and was slow to get up. He eventually needed assistance to leave the field and head to the locker room.
"Juice, we don't know for sure," Shanahan said after the game. "They're thinking it was probably a knee sprain. The ACL and stuff looked intact, but to find out for sure, we'll have to find out tomorrow."
While Juszczyk could miss some time, Schefter's update provides some relief for 49ers fans who may have feared the veteran fullback suffered a more serious injury.
Juszczyk finished Sunday's game with two catches for 28 yards.
