I like the Niners 27-24 in Australia. It's a good idea to leave early and acclimate like Kyle has it planned. Get Mike Evans going early and run CMC around the edges behind Trent the offense should click. Just play solid defense and it should be a dub guaranteed

Great news everyone!
I dreamt about this game last night and we lost 59 to 16. Since my dreams never come true I see this as a good sign.

We little Aussies get so excited when Daddy America pays a bit of attention to us, despite our sh*t talking.

We owe everything to Daddy, and lets not forget Mommy China to.
Despite everything that has happened in the past 2 weeks, none of the point spreads have changed. 49ers still in the Top 10 to win SB and Rams still only favored just 3.5 points on a neutral site.
49ers flying in 9 days before. Rams day before. I think 49ers are doing it right.
Surprised no one has mentioned this yet. https://theramswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/rams/2026/08/04/rams-49ers-australia-travel-flight-week-1-game/91163861007/

Rams reportedly planning to arrive in Australia ONE day before the week 1 matchup.

One would think this would be a massive advantage for 49ers, if true.

Who the hell knows, it seems crazy AF they're doing that. The game in Melbourne time is actually about 10:45 AM on whatever day it happens. So are they just trying to keep their body clocks on California time so it feels like they're playing at 7 PM in the evening that's the only thing I can figure out. Maybe the Niners are doing it completely wrong lol, that would figure.

The Rams typically do everything right (that's why they're consistently near the top in player health) and we typically do everything wrong (which is why we're near the bottom in player health almost every year), so I have to assume they know something we don't.

I don't know how it could possibly be beneficial for the Rams to play a live NFL game within 24 hours of a 16 hour flight. I know we all clown our team, but I can't see how the Niners have the wrong approach here lol

The setup gonna look odd but cool lol
LOL - espn's jason mccourty said our super bowl window is now closed.

Yet more people are betting on the 49ers against the rams at plus 3.5 points on a neutral site and the rams are huge vegas favorites to win the super bowl 🤣😂

Rams did that when they played in London and they beat the Jags, so probably just sticking with what's worked for them before.
If the 49ers can beat the Rams in Australia, that would be huge! And it will prove that all of this stuff that happened with coaches and owners has no direct effect on the team as they go for another Super Bowl. It's the players on the field that win and lose games not anyone else, and a win against the Rams will prove that.
