Hope Myles misses the flight to make it fair.
Still gonna crush the Rams. Better coaching better players better fans
Kyle should not have been complaining about playing this game in Australia. This is a Rams home game. Even though 49er fans take over SoFi, if this game was played at SoFi, Rams would have been favored 5 or 5.5 and not only 3 now in Australia.
Rams are favored 2.5 points when we play them at home on 12/13.
WTF. Why did the Browns have to trade Garrett to NFC West.

Long way to go til the game of course but crushing the Rams at this point will be a real challenge, especially with a few of our heavy hitters questionable for week 1....and god knows how the camps will unfold.

Everyone pray the injury luck changes for us...and maybe Rams and Seattle as well(see how their fans feel about it)

Well, Dad, it's because the Rams wouldn't accept "no" as the answer.
This is what you do if the super bowl is at your home stadium. Go all in.

The Rams aren't coming off of a 6-11 season. If Garrett tears his ACL week 3 and their best LB goes out Week 6 we'll see how awesome it was for them to go all in.

The niners lost more than just those two players... injuries are always a major issue around how a team fares in postseason. Hopefully the niners have done enough this offseason to create depth along the line and LB positions.
Still gonna crush this division this year

You could say that about every team in the NFL. Their people aren't worried about that. If Garrett gets injured and misses much of the season then so be it. They're looking at the upside instead of worrying about the what if.

It doesn't matter. They're coming of a NFCCG season where they arguably improved on their biggest weakness even before the Garrett trade. This is MILES different from where we were going into the season where we were hosting the SB.

We'll see how this works out for them. It worked out in 2021 partly because of us not only taking out the #1 seed in the Packers and letting the Rams play at home vs having to go on the road in freezing weather, partly due to playing us with some key injuries including gimpy Jimmy G and still requiring Tartt to drop a gift of a pick then getting a gift of playing the Bengals a team with a terrible OL - while the Rams came into that game with a terrific pass rush. And all that and they still needed the refs to help them out in the end.

A lot has to go right to win it all.

We'll see how it goes for them this year. They're 100% the SB favorites right now. That's pressure some players don't do well with.
