I agree. Nelson was obvious, but aside him I don't think anyone else would be worth the cost. I wonder if next draft they will actually take a center?

From what I read online, the 2027 Center Class is much weaker than previous draft classes. The strength of the 2027 offensive linemen class is in the Offensive Tackle spots with several are supposedly in the blue chip category, but the overall depth of the offensive line talent in 2027 is less than average when compared to previous draft classes. As always, I defer to the WebZone draft nerds who know this stuff in more detail than a casual draft officianado like me.

What you can do is draft a good offensive tackle (or Guard) and move him to center. That might be a solution. Carver is in that boat this year.

I don't think you understand how the cap works in terms of restructuring and cap management. We could absolutely afford Nelson.

For one, there's no way Bosa carries a $54M cap hit next year. He will either be restructured or traded.

And I don't think you understand that the 49ers have young players like Renardo Green and Dominic Puni, among other vets, coming due and those guys are a priority over a LG when they have a 1st year starter whose played pretty well outside of a couple games and is only going to improve.
