The girls rumble was a botchfest. Lol Vince probably had a semi stroke.

So many spots were akward. Took too long and they can't call it because you can hear everything. Can't wait for the Botchamania vids.

I haven't seen the mens rumble yet.
Apparently he hasn't been around after his brother passed away. Adam Pierce ran the Rumble.

Dam. didn't know that.

Probably for the best. Its odd too considering we all know Sami is his best friend.

Could have been a cool story, if they actually let Sami play into it with his own "conspiracy" story that he currently has going on.
Is Edge going Full time? Just seen he actually had a match with Orton on Raw
-- Lars Sullivan, who has had an up-and-down and often rocky relationship with WWE and its fans over the years, is no longer with the company as reported by Mike Johnson of pwinsider.com. Sullivan was last seen on TV in October 2020 after returning from a knee injury that kept him sidelined over a year and was looking to be in line for a massive push. However, after appearing for a few weeks attacking various babyfaces, he disappeared and never returned. The report notes that Sullivan was quietly released by WWE in January.

Seriously. I couldn't buy it in NXT, no way would it have worked on raw/SD.

They can not get a monster from the indies, they have to find him in a HS, maybe college. Then mold him into a solid worker, give him a manager, and then make him a badass. He has to come in and dominate, and not lose.

They can not give him the big show treatment, he can not be a villian or baby face, just there to fight and win(think brock lesnar)
-- News broke yesterday that WWE had released Lars Sullivan without much fanfare or even an announcement, with pwinsider.com reporting that it happened sometime in January. Fightfulselect.com reached out to Sullivan and he not only confirmed his release, but indicated that he is likely done with wrestling due to his issues dealing with anxiety. Noting that his release was handled with "compassion and honesty", Sullivan was nonetheless surprised that WWE didn't publicly announce the two sides parting ways but chalked it up to the company being considerate of his situation.

-- Speaking more on his anxiety, Sullivan stated that his condition was so severe that he was unable to eat on TV days or get any sleep the night before while also pointing to the death of his father in 2020 as a contributing factor to his mental health. Sullivan also touched on his prior incidents that prevented him from reaching greater heights in WWE, calling himself his own worst enemy due to his selfish behavior and idiocy. Finally, Sullivan spoke about the "shirtless interview" that aired late last year with Michael Cole where he talked about being bullied his whole life, pointing out that he thought the interview was meant to add depth to his character. On this topic, he stated that the WWE locker room and office treated him well and he was never bullied, despite his past.
I dont give a f**k about his past or what he did online....but dude was boring AF. I hope he finds a job that he likes.

Just saw this Q&A with Kip and Ford. Sounds like they will make it thru the nuptials at the very least. But there is no way there isn't some shenanigans right after.

You've probably been asked this before, but is this a legit wedding?

Sabian: We're getting legitimately married. I obviously wanted my parents to be there, but they understand the situation. They'll be able to watch from home.

Ford: My parents are having a watch party with my siblings.

Sabian: We could get married in our house and be just as happy. We're people who just want to be married. Down the line, once COVID is hopefully eradicated and things are OK, we'll have a celebration, party, housewarming combined where all our families can be there.

How much input did you get on how the wedding would go?

Sabian: They made it very clear they wanted to put in a lot of time, effort, and money into the presentation of the wedding. We wanted to make it a big deal, not just a story arc. We had a lot of input. At the same time it's down to the production team, the ring crew to build the wedding set for us, which we haven't seen yet. I've already messaged my closest friends in the company making sure they bring their suits. I want the people in AEW we're closest to to be there as well. Miro has a tux ready to go. I told Sammy [Guevara] to wear a suit. If he doesn't wear a suit, I'm going to be very upset.

Penelope, what can you tell us about the dress?

Ford: Custom-made by [AEW lead seamstress] Sandra Gray. It's different. Let's just say it will be very Penelope Ford.

Weddings on pro wrestling shows have a history of falling apart...

Sabian: We made a point for it to actually be a wedding and not a gimmick. We want to make sure it runs as smoothly as possible, and to make sure it's different than what you expect. Fans will expect drama, shenanigans, and exploding cakes.

Ford: This is the happiest day of our lives, and that's what we want from it.

Check out Monday's BTE, it was great, they showed some of the stuff they had to edit out due to TNT not allowing it, like the Inner Circle in Vegas, where Konnan wanted to reference Weed, TNT was not for it.
