I think Samoa Joe debuts before either one of them. After he loses to Nakamura in his rematch, he'll probably get called up. Outside of Roode, I don't know who could take the belt from Nakamura. Maybe Hideo Itami or Austin Ares, but I don't know who they're really pushing down there.
