not his fault...they've had him acting like a huge p***y for the past couple of years. they've booked him in some bad ways as well (he got a lot of heat from the fans after he beat DB at WM in 10 secs or whatever it was). he should have more of a HHH character type, that would suite him great.

Sheamus has a lot working against him, as the IWC and hardcore fans see him as a symbol of the PG Era and the McMahon/HHH approved cookie cutter tall muscular guy wrestler that they hate. Sort of sums up how I feel about it. Truth be told I liked him as a heel, but his face character sucks.

And re the 10 second victory over DB... that happened at the WM where the crowd was starting their "YES!" chants in full force for the first time, so they felt the 10 second victory was a big middle finger to them. It felt like he was being shoved down their throat Cena style, which is the one thing the "hardcore fans" hate most. They want to decide who the stars are, not have the stars decided for them. It's why dudes like Ryback, Rusev, Kozlov, and Sheamus get awful crowd reactions in places like NYC and Chicago where there are big adult male fanbases.

I like Sheamus. He's very underrated in the ring. A heel turn would be great for him right now though.
