How is it humanly possible to gain back those 40lbs in 24hrs?

How is it humanly possible to gain back those 40lbs in 24hrs?
Well 265 is the HW limit so if hes walking around at 280-285 it is possible to gain that weight back if its your natural weight. Look at GSP when he fought BJ the second time, he made weight at 170 then sky rocketed to 190 at the fight.

I was always curious about this so I did a search. Not sure if it's legit or not but here's an article by Martin Rooney whoever the heck he is (talks about cutting weight and then regaining it):
