They still have a main event to add to this plus possibly one other fight. I think the hope was Conor vs Tony as they were negotiating the terms but after yesterdays shenanigans in Ireland with Conor that is likely off the table as he will probably face punishment for jumping into the cage when he was NOT a cornerman and for putting his hands on a member of the AC and an official.
Guessing they go to the fall back option of DC vs Oezdemir for headliner. Khabib and Condit's fights are definite main card fights for a PPV card and whoever steps in to face Rivera should also be a main card fight, which likely creates the need for one more main card worthy fight to help sell that card.
Usman should be the prelims featured fight as he is a rising prospect right now and that featured fight on the prelims usually gets a good amount of eyeballs on it being free TV and right before the PPV main card starts.
