So many killers at 155. Still pissed at eddie for losing to conor. Division been stalled ever since.

I knew Pettis was gonna lose to Poirier, there's just too much momentum for Poirier right now at 155. Poirier is gonna get his title shot, then lose that's my prediction, that's how he's always been, winning just enough to come close.

This post is a bit of a riddle since there are no title shots in this division anymore. And if conor remains champ he prob wont fight dustin since he smoked him already at 145 in less than 2 mins.

No I meant throughout his career and not just at 155, but was talking more at 145. If you look at his losses, it's pretty much been at a time when he was at a winning streak or facing a top opponent to get that title shot. I think if he would've beaten Cub Swanson he would've gotten a title shot way before his loss to McGregor.

Oh i agree hes always lost when being 1 step away from a title shot. Kinda like guida and jim miller back in the day at 155. With the current state at 155, its a bit murky. The champ doesnt defend, theres an interim champ, plus khabib/edson eddie/gaethje are coming up next month. Dustin can take the winner of one of those 2 fights but who knows how long that will take, maybe 6 months. Mcgregor has stalled this division to the point where guys have to take extra fights just to remain active. Dustin needs at least 1 more win and maybe even two to get the title shot and im not sure he makes it through.

Dana White needs to jump on McGregor's case ASAP about going back to 155 or the UFC period. It's not just about staying active, it's also about staying healthy. All that training and sparring and not know whether you'll be a top 3 contender or have to keep climbing the ropes to just be a contender. Fighters want a title shot and I'd say rightfully so but unifying the belt is first, so Conor we're waiting!!!
