Celtics led wire to wire, started off hot with the threes, but then cooled down. It was their defensive intensity and effort for all four quarters that did the Mavs in. They dominated the boards as a result. I though Tatum would win MVP but can't really argue against Brown - though Luka would not be denied offensively, Brown stifled and harrassed him all series whenever he was matched up against him. His defensive effort put him over the top. And he capped off the game three win with some clutch shots down the stretch. As no lead is ever safe anymore, especially with the Mavs, I was worried about the 26 pt lead getting whittled down to 16-18 by the end of the 1st half until this happened and then you just knew they weren't going to let the Mavs make another major run.
