Farhan laughing at all of us right now.

None of this happens without injuries. He deserves no credit.

Good god lighten up Buzz Killington.

How am I being a buzzkill? Because I don't want to give credit to the GM for promoting players due to injury that he never was planning on promoting?

This recent stretch has been incredible with some amazing comebacks. Watching the young guys has been awesome. But they would be in AAA without injuries.
Injuries are part of the game and hit every team. Its the GM's responsibility to make sure they have solid players in the minors who can come up when needed. To not give Farhan any credit is just silly.

Regardless of what their record is right now I still think Farhan did a pretty good job in free agency getting some solid players without taking huge risks on salary and years. If Snell turns out to be a bust I am not going to put that on Farhan because there isnt anyone I know who wouldnt have gone after him hard for the deal he got. Pretty much everyone also loved the signing of Soler as well. We can only hope that both Snell and Soler get back to the form they showed just last year.
Errors and both sides but nice comeback win.

And again, lol at the New Yorkers getting the ump so mad ,that he took his mask off mid game and yelled.

They charged Luciano with an error on that short toss but it was the type of play that probably won't happen when the players are more familiar with each other. Whatever the reason, they can't keep having those errors from Luciano. It seems to be in his head at this point because these are easy plays that he's screwing up. They aren't physical issues. How do they fix it? I don't know. Send him down to AAA to iron it out? Sit him for a couple games and let him clear his head? They have to be careful with him because he's their prize young talent and they don't want to mess him up. If they send him back down they need to make it clear that it's to get his focus back.

Marco is a big part of their future. They need to do everything they can for him to succeed. I don't think they planned on bringing him up but the Ahmed injury and lack of offense at the time prompted his promotion. If he goes back down then hopefully the next time he's promoted will be permanent.

How many games do they have to win before catch stops saying the same stuff?

What same stuff? I pointed out the Marco was charged with an error that probably won't happen with more experience. It could have been charged to Estrada on the throw. Luciano is the team's top prospect and has been for years. He is going to get a lot of attention. I don't have any vendetta against him. Quite the opposite as you would see if you read the last part of my post.

As far as the team goes they're scoring a lot of runs and having some great late inning comebacks. We're all enjoying Giants baseball for the first time all year The Pittsburg series was one of the most entertaining I've seen in a long time.
Wisely is another one that doesn't want to get sent down
Bailey with the quick release!

Reminded me of last year. Great throw
We all knew if they'd lose one it would be Roger's blowing it
Webb is never going to get a win.

Moves like this confuse me. If were playing for a WC spot this year, why would you try and close it out with a crap RP? This was a white flag move.
Rogers masterclass once again.
SMH one mistake like putting Rogers in and it's the ballgame. Giants had that. Oh well. Lesson learned..I hope.. Good series.
Nice going Rogers.

Yesterday when the Giants went up by five in the 10th I was hoping they wouldn't bring in Doval so he would be available today if needed.
