1000%.
I LOVE Rui. I think he can be a solid piece on a championship team. I think the Wiz say no to this offer.

Hmm, intriguing offer.
I think the question is how the team looks next season if that hypothetical trade was accepted.
Curry-Beal-Klay-Dray-Looney; Hachimura-Poole-Paschall-Looney off the bench
or we don't do the trade and we actually keep Minny's pick
Curry-Klay-Wiggins-Dray-Wiseman; Suggs(draft)-Poole-Paschall-Looney off the bench
Maybe Oubre can be kept in both scenarios?

It is amazing how teams can screw up the draft. I remember Fox just destroying Lonzo Ball in a college game and knowing he would be by far the better NBA player. Yet, the Lakers took Ball because he was the local kid. Dumb

They probably would although they may want to blow things up. OK.. so both our 1sts to go with Wiseman and Wiggins? They would have to really consider.

Coolest thing to me about scenario 2 is that 8 of the 10 guys on the team would be home grown, I love that, you just don't see that at all in the nba now. Lol sry off point but I find that awesome.

Lakers missed on Tatum not Fox. Lol. Warriors missed on the other Ball brother. Way better than what Weisman is going to be.

He's got some major confidence issues. I don't like the body language. It looks like he KNOWS he's nowhere near NBA strength. He's getting pushed around in the paint. His hands are soft, and not in a good way. He's lost on defense and he can tell when teams are taking advantage of it.
This was something I was extremely worried about during the draft, was where he was mentally after missing so many games, dealing with negativity during his short time at Memphis. How would that lack of a basketball mindset handle veterans like Draymond Green.
I'm worried about the pick now more than ever after watching him struggle vs SAC.

I completely agree. I'm way more of a "draft and develop the team" kinda fan than "trade for superstars every year".

Yes and lakers still would have traded them in the AD deal. The Ball miss for the Warriors is huge. Weisman is trash

Dubs plays vs ATL next. I was on the "Draft Okongwu" bandwagon. His rookie year was derailed due to injury, so he's been on the bench learning, but I still think he was the better fit for us.
I was also on the Saddiq Bey bandwagon. The guy is a 3&D machine.
