They let them mug Curry most of the game but couldn't contest the greatness at the end.

podz ewww
classic turnovers
My pops hates on Podz and all I did was defend him but I'm starting to agree with him, he's a bad shot, missed shot or turnover waiting to happened, starting to see a lot more bad then good in his game.
On behalf of Dubs' fans everywhere- Fk Dillon Brooks!!!
So ends another injury filled frustrating season for a Bay Area sports team.

Totally disagree. Pod has outperformed many of the guys drafted before him and is a keeper for the Dubs. Great energy, solid defender, and has improved his shooting. Perfect? Hardly. But there is way more good than bad.

Not a shock at all. In fact, I would be very very surprised if he came back

If Kerr leaves I expect Draymond to be traded. Curry may also ask for a trade. If he does I'm okay with that. This team will need a total rebuild whether it's next season or the one after that. They're hanging on to old players hoping for another title but it's not going to happen. I know tradng Curry sucks but we've seen it before. SF teams have moved on from legends like Mays, McCovey, Will Clark, Montana, Rice, Lott and several others. It wasn't the end of the world.

Podz has bone headed moments and some inconsistency, but overall good

the issue is/was, he made some comments to the media that rubbed fans the wrong way. I think it was something along the lines of wanting to be better than curry

If you say that, you're gonna get judged that way.
i admire the confidence tho

I'd argue that Curry is more important than most of those guys to the team. He is in rare air playing for one franchise and I don't think he changes that (more common in nfl at least).

IMO Kerr is likely going to come back, but waiting to see if Lacob cant stay out the draft and FA. I think some of the recent articles mentioned a more analytics approach which Kerr isn't the biggest fan of.

i also think Kerr may keep his options open (so not a long term deal) if/when Spurs coaching job becomes available.

I hope Dray isn't around next season regardless if Kerr stays or goes

Curry may be more important only because basketball only has 15 players. One great player can make a difference. That doesn't mean he won't be trade. If he ask for a trade I'm sure the Warriors would try to accommodate him. LeBron and KD are just as great as Curry and both have been traded. Wilt was traded from the Warriors to Philly and then later to LA. Kareem was traded from the Bucks to LA. Great players get traded a lot in the NBA so Curry isn't off limits. The only thing with Curry is his age. It probably lowers his trade value.
