It all depends if the committee picks their top 4 via talent (both SEC teams are in ) or they go with resume (both SEC teams are out ) IMO

Whatever they did, at least one group of fans were going to be pissed. The playoffs were badly designed and hopefully someone will review and come up with a better plan for the future. Giving up college football because Bama ended up ranked 4th seems a rather poor justification. If the team didn't deserve that, then they will get put in their place during the playoffs.

TCU getting stomped by 50+ ruined it for FSU IMO.

Florida State got absolutely roasted. Wow. I understand the argument of the injured QB. They go undefeated, win their Championship game and you put Alabama in ahead of them. The Athletic Director at FSU said it correct in his comments. It's unbelievable. The committee is subjective and has a big bias towards SEC. Performance on the field and record is supposed to matter.

It's wrong IMO. Neither Georgia or Alabama deserved it this year. You can have 1 year without the SEC. They don't need to be in every year and this year they didn't deserve it. Not above Florida State. Glad they put Texas in because they deserved it. Michigan and Washington were obvious picks to be in.
