I get that there should be the expectation that you won't get robbed when you're an athlete (whether student or professional) participating in a sporting event, but you should also not need to bring your bling to the game just to flex how amazing you think you are. You're just asking for it.

And the stuff was uninsured! I see no reason why NCAA should cover this, nor the Rose Bowl. Sorry but if you have this sort of bling it is up to you to put it in secure places if you are leaving it somewhere. Or don't take it with you. The fact that they are athletes is irrelevant.

It's such a special kind of stupid. You're all not pros. Chill out and don't show off your s**t. It's pretty simple. If it didn't happen at the Rose Bowl, it was gonna happen somewhere else even their own stadium.

The tough thing for Prime fans to understand is even having a super talented team in CFB doesn't mean much. ACC pumps out tons of nfl talent and outside Clemson has underperformed.

deion can recruit all the transfers he can get, but he won't ever pull true too 10 talent at Colorado because the blue bloods have wayyyyy more money

and programs like Utah took a decade+ to build a winning culture (and still got derailed by 1 key injury)

outside the Alabama, Ohio state, it's super crazy hard to go 12-0 or 11-1 and make playoffs

cfb is about cheering your team on even when they are out of contention. Doubt Deion fans can stomach that
