Shold have stayed at Jackson State. He was doing something really cool at an HBCU and he had those kids believing in him and the program, could have elevated it considerably long term. Now he's just another guy going up against high end competition constantly.

Yes, I think he has tried to go too far, too fast.

I think he realized he could use his son to launch his football coaching career without ever being an assistant coach.

his coaching ability/style is basically Last Chance U/JUCO style. All out recruitment for best players and treat them like Demi-Gods. All short term rentals with very little team building/development.

Demoting his own OC mid-season who is widely regarded as his best coach was such an eye brow raiser.

Deion will desperately need a huge transfer class this season

I don't think the full 100% mercenary team works, especially when other teams have way more money at their disposal.
