Hey guys we are page 100!! happy birthday rugby league thread!! Go the Kangaroos!!!
Oops was on 100
Not a bad score though 12 nil is better than 2 decades ago or so when it wouldve been 50+ to nil.
So at least NZ improved on 2nd half defensive.....well not quite blake just scored.
Jill vs ferr. Next.

No you don't mate
This cannot be considered a fair dinkum test with all the distractions and unavailable players
It doesn't feel like a true battle like we're used to
In actual fact the Aussies have played poorly all things considered
The Haka diddnt give me chills like usual
You're onto it

So how do you think any of the 34 players who just played that game would react to being told it wasn't a fair dinkum test? They'd be pretty pissed off I'd say. It wasn't a flashy game, true, but they all went hard for the 80.

As JT just mentioned, a very short 4 day prep makes it tough to come out looking like a well oiled machine and that goes for both sides. Kiwi's weren't at full strength, granted, but there's no way any of those blokes didn't give it their all, as shown by holding the aussies to 12 for most of the game.

Distractions and injuries don't come into it. That's why it's called test football.
I haven't been Gal's biggest fan, but actually happy to see him get the MotM. He had a great game, smashed it up the guts against a massive opposing pack and made good yards.
Due to negative initial feelings post deleted.

Gallen just got MOM
Fair enough Zeal
I don't mean to sound disrespectful of these players as I know there's no way I could do what any
of them do. And especially for the debutants.they won't forget this game
All the players were committed for sure but something was missing for me.. in this game
If the Kiwi's had a full compliment it could have easily gone the other way I feel
But , as you said.. the short build up doesn't help
It's a credit to the Kiwi's that they diddnt get a big score put on them
Anywho the Kiwi girls are making up for it
Kiwi ferns doing better than the boys, wish they were all wearing bikinis like the AFL girls.
Enjoying the girls game immensely both teams showing heart.
