So who exactly did he duck?

http://www.boxingnews24.com/2015/02/fighters-mayweather-has-supposedly-ducked/

i don't think he ducked anyone. still can't be called best ever when he fought to not lose

Yeah people just start trying to lose now

there's people that fight to win, close the show. you think mayweather is the best ever because he gets on his bike in the 10th-12th round? the difference between him and ray leonard, ali, robinson, no one showed up to see mayweather win. what does a mayweather win compared to leonard, ali, robinson look like?

if you don't know the difference between fighting to win and fighting to not lose i can't help ya.

Yeah, the fight was boring as hell but saying it's going to kill boxing is hilarious. Pretty sure HBO/Showtime would take $400 million in one night every day of the week.
One thing that can not be disputed: Floyd Mayweather is the P4P most boring boxer in the history of the sport....
Mayweather = move like a butterfly sting like a puppy
Here's a solution to the madness: Decrease the ring dimensions. Make em fight closer to like being in a phonebooth.
I'm shocked at how much hate Floyd gets. I used to be one of those haters, until I began to repesct his art and stoped judging him for his personal antics. I box myself so I see the art in his defense and head movement it's something special. And he has a great straight right. It was truley eye opening to see how bad so many people wanted him to lose this fight, they take it to a personal level and attack him. I wanted Manny to win myself, but I can't help but sympathize for Floyd and all the disrespect he receives when he has devoted his whole life to being the best but instead is called a b*tch. You guys wanted him to lose SO BAD. He just won the biggest fight of his career that a majority of us thought he was gonna lose, show him some respect.

this times 100. The reason this fight generated so much money if because of the hate for floyd. Dude knows how to sell tickets.

Before the fight, they had some twitter poll up on screen asking "Who was going to win the fight tonight?" The response was like 70% for Pac. lol People get so emotionally charged up that they lose sight of reality. I'll bet if they had to put money on the fight, the poll would swing the other way, unless they're delusional. I can't believe anyone actually thought pac stood a chance in this fight.

I don't watch boxing at all but I already knew that Pac was going to lose to Floyd's style. As I said before to make it a little more interesting reduce the ring dimensions. Give Floyd less room to "run n tap"

I think most people understand "his art", they just find it boring. Kind of like real wrestling, there's a lot of skill and technicalities to it, but unless you appreciate that sort of thing, it's not overly fun to watch. Average Joe's want to see K.O's, blood, body slams, and/or someone getting their arm broken in a submission, etc.
Until boxing judges stop giving rounds to runners, this ish won't stop.

Iirc A judge that had Canelo over Mayweather got scolded by May fans. She felt May didn't really "fight" and just ran and pop shorted the whole time.

Not exactly an asswhupping especially when May needs stipulations like bigger gloves and bigger ring sizes in the contract.

He finds the loopholes and for some reason becomes the highest paid athlete ...IN ALL OF SPORTS.

True. The average fan is an idiot. They don't understand that Boxing is not necessarily Fighting. Along with the fact that everyone hates black people. Makes it hard for Floyd to win fans. I found it funny how much of a scumbag Johnny Manziel is, but when does his s**t he's loveable and a kid and "johnny being johnny". Aldon Smith is a big goofball who likes to drink and quote Meet The Parents and he's donned as then devil. Smfh.

May weather beat the s**t out of canelo.. You gotta be kidding me. Lara and Trout best that overrated hype job too.. Smh.
