2010 was the first one and for that it will always be special, I will put this pitching staff up against any as the greatest ever.
2012 the drama aside this was the most talented group of the 3, our 1-5 of Pagan, Scutaro, Panda, Posey and Pence was as good as any and our pitching was still dominant.
2014 is my favorite because of how we overcame so much, not to mention how the dodgers were getting their asses kissed to extreme levels the entire season, and even though I don't mind them the A's were getting the same treatment during the summer, hell at one point the experts thought it would be the A's vs Dodgers in the World Series. Defeating both the teams that eliminated them on our way to the 3rd championship made it sweeter.

Make sure Rubs sees this!
What a joke. Not a damn thing a mod can do to him about his comment. Nobody said TheGORE49er has to be a Giants fan when he signed up for this forum.

2010 salved the bitterness of the 2002 Game 6 loss to the Angels which happened on my wedding night. The invitation to our event invited everyone to the reception to watch the Giants polish off the Angels. The decorations were in orange and black colors. Heck, we even raffled off a pumpkin that had been carved with an elaborate SF logo.
And they lost...
For years, we had to deal with that pain on our anniversary night. And then 2010 happened. And again in 2012. And again this year. Magic.

If I had to vote on one, I couldn't do it. I was born in 1987 so didn't start paying much attention to the Giants until around 2000 when they moved to AT&T. Although, I did get to skip school and go to the final game ever at the Stick in '99. By the time 2002 rolled around I was officially a die hard fan going into that season. I think I watched every single game in 2002 and couldn't get enough, and I have been that way every season since then. The meltdown in the WS haunted me for years and I have hated the Angels since. So in 2010, there was a great relief obviously. But I don't think you can really compare 1 WS run to the other. Each baseball season is different, and each one takes on its own personality throughout the year. I personally can't choose a favorite. I love them all.
2010 was awesome because our pitching was all around dominant. Lincecum was still dominating most everybody. Cain, Sanchez, and Bumgarner were all good. And the offense was pretty impressive, especially for the Giants of those years. And when Posey came up, he solidified everything. The race they had with the Padres and to win the division on game 162 made it very dramatic. The torture label got put on them that year, and rightfully so. But once the playoffs started, looking back on it now, the Giants were pretty much in control of each of those series'. Of course they were probably underdogs in each series so when they knocked off TX in 5 games it was pretty special. It still didn't make up for 2002 though, but provided a little relief.
2012 I feel is a bit overlooked. I guess it's understandable because like I said I don't think you can compare them to each other anyways. The season as a whole, the postseason as a whole were very special. Winning the NL west with relatively no drama was nice for a change. Little did we know how much drama would come later. The fact that they were able to somehow stay alive and beat CIN 3 games in a row in Cincinatti which hadn't been done was incredible. I was in Maui on my honeymoon for the first 2 games of the NLDS and I watched from my hotel room, in absolute disgust. And of course the STL series was crazy. Never thought they could come back down 1-3 against that team. And to sweep the mighty Tigers was very improbable but amazing. I had to ship out for basic training on the day that would have been game 5, so the only way I would have seen them win is if they swept. Which they did
Not only were the season and postseason as a whole amazing, but how about the individual stories of that year? Zito comes out to be the absolute savior which was highly unlikely. Pablo comes back to redeem himself in the WS. Vogelsong was a great story. Scutaro, and the Matt Holliday incident. I will always cherish 2012 because of the path they took to win it all.
2014 was just as amazing as the others. The way they slumped for so long in the regular season had me completely giving up on them in the summer. Then they started to get it back for a few weeks, only to slump again with news of Angel Pagan being done for the year. When they clinched the WC spot I wasn't even that excited because of how badly they had looked for so long. But boy did they prove me wrong. Each series during the playoffs was EPIC. After MadBum's game 5 absolute dominance in the WS I drove home back to CA and listened to the midnight replay on KNBR with a big smile on my face. It made a 12 hour drive seem like a 3 hour drive. I got to be back at home in the bay area to see the final 2 games of the WS, and got to be there for the parade. Everything was just amazing. And to see what Bumgarner did was completely ridiculous, and I don't know if I will ever see anything like it again.
So in my opinion they are all very special in their own ways, and each one should be regarded as amazing times to be Giants fans, and to me, I cannot pick 1 over another. GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

2010 will end up being remembered like the 1981 49ers. Special because it was the first, was led by some of the key stars of the era, but ultimately most of the team wasnt around for the rest of the dynasty.
I think this era will be defined by core guys like Pence, Belt, Crawford, Sandoval, Vogelsong, Pagan, etc, (outside the guys with all 3 rings) all who werent around or a factor in the 2010 title.
2012 feels like the most complete title. We made epic comebacks from the brink of elimination, and swept the WS. 2010 was a pretty garden variety playoff run outside it being our first, and 2014, while incredible, was basically Madison Bumgarner carrying an entire team of exhausted players on his back.
All 3 were incredible and unique experiences though.
