Great game, but gotta be worried about Paul's shoulder moving forward. Hopefully it isn't so bothersome come game 2, because he could barely dribble the damn ball. I don't know if we can win game 2 without his ability to penetrate effectively. Booker was spectacular, as was Ayton, but I expect the Lakers to bring it a lot more come Tuesday.

Ayton bullied the f**k outta Drummond and AD.
CP3 was playing with one hand and still Lakers wouldn't attack him or guard him full court. Suns played like it was their first postseason game in a decade. Lakers need to match that energy. Suns got every lose ball - all the hustle plays - and just took it to the Lakers. Lakers got punched and could barely get up to get punched again and again.
Do expect Lakers to show better effort in next game but it won't matter if AD plays anything like this.

Yeah, it's a bit perplexing why the Lakers weren't pressing Paul more. He was losing the ball a lot even if moderate defensive pressure.
