The 2024-25 Phoenix Suns Thread

Not sure the Suns are gonna catch the Jazz for that 1 seed. Suns have the 8th hardest schedule left based on opponent win %, while the Jazz have the easiest schedule in the entire league.

Dario is so damn unathletic it's sometimes hilarious to watch him get destroyed.

Will got served. Go back to your looser Kangz!
Wizards beat the Jazz!
Just like Will and all the chickenheads playing on the arena PA right now, the Miami Heat have learned to S our D!
Don't look now, but Ayton is starting to realize his potential and is becoming the franchise center the Suns were envisioning. He's still just 22.

April numbers:
18.6 PPG, 10.3 RPG, 71.7 FG%

on the season:
5th in Defensive win shares, 20th in Offensive win shares, 21st in Defensive rating, 27th in Offensive rating

He still needs to get better at catching the ball in traffic, but he's starting to improve there, too. Most importantly, he's looking engaged on just about every possession now. If he continues to grow, he's gonna be a problem in the playoffs for opposing teams.

Tough five game Eastern road trip starting tonight @Bucks, then @76ers, @Celtics, @Nets and finally @Knicks. Bonus: they come home and face the Clippers and Jazz. The next 7 games will define their season, IMO. It's no wonder they overlooked the Spurs on Saturday night.

Paul with ice cold daggers down the stretch to snap the Knicks' 9 game winning streak, and the Suns finish a tough East coast road trip 3-2. Important homes games against the Clippers and Jazz on the horizon.
Can't believe Minnesota is the team that helped keep the Suns in the #1 chase lol.

Mitchell may be out another week. They have the Kings tomorrow, Suns Friday then Raptors Sunday before back-to-back games against the Spurs. I might be back for those Spurs games. We'll see. His injury has definitely tightened up this race for #1, that's for sure. Can't be mad at a 3-2 road trip against 5 of the East's top 6 teams.

Clippers game tomorrow is gonna be a big one. Maybe our most important game of the year.
LFG!
Well thats a nice 1st quarter
