That would piss me off even more...lol - that means there was no fukin' god damn excuse for losing to Atletico in Champions League.
Anyway, I'm over it...I'm just excited about the summer transfers. They better revamp this whole fukin' roster.

What has happened to Barca? Too many world class players with only one competition to worry about for this string of games. Messi wants to get payed 20mil plus yet he shows zero effort. Xavi, Iniesta, Busi, Neymar...I mean WTF?! I don't even think Martino has any control right now either, and for that reason he needs to be sacked. It's unfortunate the Barca-DNA braintrust overwhelmed but damn you have to motivate a string of wins out of your last 4 games when you're in this type of situation.
Too much drama off the field. Players don't trust the system and the ppl in charge. Too much negativity around the players. That leads to lack of focus during practices and being unprepared for the games.
Martino is done. It's time for Enrique and rebuild.
Having said all that - la liga title is still in their hands. RM lost and AM tied. So, nothing has really changed except RM is now completely out of the running for la liga title.
do you have ANY faith on Barca winning on Sunday? ANY?
Nope. None. That's why I didn't get all that excited last week. This team has checked out. They're all Roy Hibberts. They don't really give a f**k. It sucks but I don't really really care all that much if they win the title or not to be honest with you. IMO - the season was a huge disappointment and even if they win the title - it'd be more as a result of Atletico losing it than Barca winning it.
If they win the title - ppl can say it wasn't a complete failure but to me - it doesn't change anything. IMO - it's may better for the future of Barca (can't believe I'm saying this...) if they don't win the title lol
I know this - they don't deserve winning la liga.

Honestly I want them to lose against Atl Madrid. I'm being completely serious and I know it's very negative to say. The way this squad has performed this year is ridiculous. I don't want ANY trophies because that means there's even a remote possibility of redemption. They don't deserve that. They need to hit rock bottom. Not just the players but the FO and the voters. A trophy-less season is the only thing that can motivate a true rebuild. No player and FO member should be safe. This club is collecting way too much revenue to not be hitting on signings. These players are making WAY too much to not be playing well. It's not Martinos fault either. This has been coming for 3 years. Completely pisses me off too because we ignored a new CB despite Puyols age and Piques lack of effort. We kept signing DM and sold Chrgy after a season. Then we essentially chose Xavi and Cesc over Thiago when Thiago could've been the future. Now the wheels have fallen off Xavi, Iniesta is 30 probably not far behind, and we have to completely change the system to really get production out of Cesc. And guess what the World Cup is only going to further degenerate this core group of players but if the wheel falls off any of the other Spanish NT players next season we're going to have rely Barca B as rotation players because we cant enter the market for 2 transfer windows.

thoughts on Tevez not getting the call for Argentina?

Tevez being left out is insane, probably Juve's best player this season, in their record-breaking league campaign. Argentina has no shortage of forwards but to leave out a player of his quality with his experience is a head scratcher, unless they still see him as a bit of a headcase. However, he hasn't stepped out of line since joining Juventus. Argentina don't have a shortage of attacking players, their deficiencies are at the back where Zabaleta is their strongest player and Garay is a solid CB. They don't have any Samuel's or Zanetti's back there anymore. Leaving Pastore out was also a bit of a head scratcher. He hasn't featured that much for PSG but provides a creativity in the midfield that is difficult to replicate. Fernandez and Rinaudo even made the provisional squad...

Not surprised one bit. He has clashed with coaches and team-mates in the past and though he's still an elite player - the negatives make him a liability especially with Messi, Higuain, Kun, and Lavezzi on the roster. I've always enjoyed his energy on the pitch but he also brings a lot of negative energy when s**t hits the fan.

Tevez is great but isn't worth the headache. They have 3 quality forwards along with Messi...why add Tevez to that mix? They've played really well without him in the last year or so.

Great game. Would have liked to see Barca pull through but at least they gave a good effort. Now, onto the transfer season. Rebuild begins today.
Really glad Messi renewed his contract.

This summer-transfer should be as exciting as ever for Barca fans.
