It does make sense. Indiana's FO has a clue with regards to identifying talent and building a winning team.

Fair enough. I think Haliburton is better. Ultimately, Fox is at best a 2 or probably a 3 on a contending squad.

Hali is better imo. But as he said, Indiana didn't want fox on his contract and with some of the injury issues at that time They wanted the up and coming 2nd year guy on a rookie deal. Smart move. My preference was always keeping Hali over fox, just wasn't in the cards. Sucks, but the franchise in general sucks so I'm used to it

I have not been impressed either.

Hopefully one day when we end up with a top pick again whoever the Kings' GM is will have the wisdom to choose the right player.
