I finally walked around the arena area the other day on my way to job interview downtown. I must admit, it's nice. It's very nice. On the way back from the interview, I saw Vlade seated at a table nearby the Golden One. I waved at him. He was kind enough to wave back.

Did you tell him he should have drafted Doncic?

I did not. Vlade is fine with me waving at him. Draft advice from a fat guy like me would be taking it a bit too far.

Did you ask him if he was enjoying his rubbery chicken?

Interesting you would say that. A former Senator I worked for told me, before he died earlier this year, that he did not miss his State Capitol life, nor the "twice weekly rubber chicken lunches and dinners" served up at various events. That's how I met Vlade -- at one of those State Capitol "events" years ago. So, I am allowed to wave. But nothing more.

Who in their right mind would do that? Don't they know how dangerous it is around the arena??

My man BILL! Hell yeah, you've came around. DOCO is the best part of Sacramento now. Let's hit a game in 2019
Team is officially slumping. These last 3 games have been downright pathetic

Huge win for many reasons. They were trending towards a slump with how they were playing these last 3 games, they proved they could win a grinder game against a true grinder team and this remaining stretch for the remainder of the year is brutal
OH BOY! IF YOU DON'T LIKE THAT, YOU DON'T LIKE NBA BAKSETBALL! SUCK HIS DICK AND SEND HIM TO THE LINE

One of the best Kings stories is Buddy Hield imo. Amazing what the right opportunity does for you in life. Dude is on a nice upward trajectory, and when he was traded to the Kings some were already labeling him a bust. And almost everyone thought the Kings got hosed in that exchange. That trade keeps looking better as time goes on though (after Cousins got injured in particular), and the Pels draft pick they got turned into two players if I remember right (Jackson and Giles I think?). Not sure Hield will ever be a perennial all star type of player, but I would say he's no more than a level or two down from the top tier and this point, and he is still climbing. No question he is an integral piece of what the Kings are building, and is showing he is a go to type of player in the clutch.

In the West, he's the 4th best SG. Behind Harden, Klay, and derozan. I would choose him over McCollum. Dude has really felt comfortable this year. High character guy also
