SOURCE: Warriors and PG Stephen Curry reached an agreement on a contract extension. Deal is for four years and...
$44 million. Curry is expected to sign before the opener

Hmm....if he didnt' have glass ankles this contract for Steph would be a no-brainer, but I'm worried

I think that's a nice deal for you guys, even considering his ankle issues.

It's not a nice deal if he can't stay healthy.

Just heard on the radio that it was a 4-year, $40 mill with no bonuses. If there are no bonuses, I can see this working.

10 mill isnt that bad

plus we still have concerns we can trade him to bobcats

I agree
Considering Eric Gordon got a Max contract and Ty Lawson got 12 mill a year I think that's fair value

I bet a couple teams were willing to pay him more than that

Like I said earlier, if Eric Gordon got a max contract there's no doubt in my mind at least one team would've gave at least 11 mill a year to Curry next off season

And like you said, its a great deal if he does stay healthy and its not that bad if he doesn't. He's proven that he has talent and can be a top 5-7 PG in the league if he stays healthy
