What happened, just got in and saw that most likely the ugliest game (according to the box scores) in the history of the NBA was played tonight in Staples
Lakers looked like the dog s**t on the bottom of the garbage man's shoes until the 4th. Both teams chucked up BS shot after BS shot through 3. Lakers with the big 7 points in the 3rd.
Then Fish did what he does, which is show up every 30 games or so, and made s**t happen down the stretch. Hitting shots, stealing balls, actually making layups!!! lol
LOL I just noticed he had 3 steals tonight! Please tell me those were all the result of old on old crime and he stole them all from Kidd...
7 points in the 3rd! The 3rd must have been in dedication to LO...

Bynum needs to get the ball more. I know I'm stating the obvious but it needs to happen

And despite Kobe's recent run (the 40+ points stuff), he needs to stop taking so many shots. He just needs to stop calling his own number and start playing a facilitator/run the offense role where he just has Fisher/Kapono/Barnes/someone who thinks they can hit a jumpshot on the wing while Gasol or Bynum are fed and consistently fed...I just worry about how sustainable Kobe's output is, with all the injuries and all, the guy can't do this all season and despite the fact that he's not working too hard for his shots (relatively speaking), he still is being asked to do more than I'm comfortable with him doing...
Oh, and we still need a PG...Mitch, you gotta make a move for Isaiah Thomas buddy...or a veteran or somebody!

Last question for those who saw tonights game, how did Drew handle the double team? Presuming of course that the Mavs did elect to double him and not have Haywood and Mahinimi take him 1 on 1 all night...

I love him! He'd be great for you guys but he has more value to me than he's actually worth. Which sucks.

lol I dont watch Kings game consistently so Im sure you can tell me whether you think Coach or Kings management would let go of him for a reasonable price? I just think you guys have a lot of capable ball handlers over there and thus, Thomas wouldn't be too difficult to pry away (for the right price, of course)

Thomas is the only true guard on the kings so im not sure how that situation would be handled. But he brings such energy and toughness to the team so IMO he is a valuable asset ..but the kings are idiots so im sure they'd practically give him away to you guys

When he got doubled he handled it pretty well however I felt like he should've had twice as many touches with the size advantage that he had.
