Penn St. football sexual abuse scandal

Wow, some of you guys do not understand the criminal justice system.

It's about protecting constitutional rights, NOT trying to let criminals go free.

Most criminal defense attorneys never even know if their clients are guilty or not. Sure, they may have hunches... but hunches are meaningless in a court of law. Facts are all that matter.

Every alleged child molester, serial rapist/murder on the planet deserves a fair trial, a defense attorney, and an impartial jury. That's the law.

take him to mexico and shoot him. justice served.
What I got from his lawyer's remarks are that jocks are closet homo-pedophiles.

Sandusky would have loved living in ancient Greece.
That interview is creepy but he's admitting to liking being around kids to give him an out and a reason for actually being around kids.

It looks as if he is going to try to take the Michael Jackson defense. I don't think it is stupid at all for him to go this route.

But damn, that interview was creepy.

He's going to lay this all on McQuery and that if he WAS doing something very wrong, McQuery wouldn't have just walked away and left it at that. His defense will be that no one else thought he did any of this which is why he was accepted around the buildings.

Honestly, McQuery and others turning their heads and making small out of this could give Sandusky a loophole.

In the e-mail McQuery sent, that got leaked, he says he did stop it at the time and didn't just walk away. Not sure i believe that but that is what he is saying. He still didn't go to the police though.

That interview last night made me sick. If someone asks you, "are you sexually attracted to young boys?" It shouldn't take 17 seconds to answer that question.

this makes no sense, he has to be trying to save face with his former teamates. y would he lie on the grand jury report? why would he get himself in hot water lying, for a lie that would make him look worse??? he said to them he called his dad and left! so he lied to make himself look like a coward? doesnt add up.

Joe Paterno Death Watch How long will the legendary coach stay alive without a connection to the Nittany Lions?'

I say 6 months. He will spend the rest of his life in a court room.

I don't think so. If he said no, then he would have been bombarded with "why were you with kids?" questions. His answer also gave an excuse for why he was with the boys. Now he can use the Michael Jackson defense.

No one escalating it will also work in his defense that he can say he wasn't doing anything wrong or he would have been in jail a long time ago.

Not liking McQuery/JoePa even more.

If it is legal there, why does it make him a slime ball?
