It's just so outdated. It was cool in it's day because it was new and guys were doing things never done before. Now people have grown up practicing this crap more than shooting, 75% of the league can pretty much do anything. Also it was big name guys doing it. Now you have a bunch of nobodies, props, costumes, etc. Unless someone can do a flip there's nothing we haven't seen before. They need to just bury it.

Actually I haven't watched it or the ASG probably since the 90s. I'm just not into any of the sports ASGs.

Did Lebron give a reason why he won't be in it? Shannon Brown FTW! I think he could jump from the free throw line. Dude has crazy hang time.

Gerald Wallace, Charlotte Bobcats
Nate Robinson, New York Knicks
Shannon Brown, Los Angeles Lakers
Winner of the Dunk-in
Dunk in will consist of
DeMarr DeRozen, Toronto Raptors
Eric Gordon, Los Angeles Clippers
Two questions.
1. I remember Lebron stating last year he would definately be a participant this season. Has something happened that will prevent him from honoring that statement.
2. What the heck is a Dunk-in? Somekind of Donut or what?

No during halftime of the Rookie Sophomore game... DeRozen and Gordon will have 1 round of 2 dunks to determine who would be the 4th competitor for the Saturday event.

They need to let amateur dunkers into the dunk contest.
How cool would it be to see Guy Dupuy and Air up There against DeRozan lol
