This was clearly a down year for the PAC-10, they will bounce back though.

Yeah, because you played a bunch of chumps. The league was actually better this year as a whole, but still like 3 notches below the other major conferences. USC not dominating is the best thing that could happen. Still, year in year out, some of the worst defense around. Good QBs though.
