I think Williams might actually stop Wright. He looks alot more powerful at junior middleweight.

Winky Wright is done.
I don't think he has anything in the tank.

Yeah, he has been inactive for some time and that beat down by B-Hop probably took something away from him. But you never know. Everybody thought Mosley was on his way out too.

Great Fight Card This Saturday on HBO
April 11
At Las Vegas (HBO): Paul Williams vs. Winky Wright, 12 rounds, middleweights;
Cris Arreola vs. Jameel McCline, 12 rounds, heavyweights;
Cris Arreola is the next big American Heavyweight (even though he reps Mexico!)

This will be a good test for Arreola. Even thou Jameel is past his prime, he still presents himself as a good oponent.

Paul Williams is an action fighter and loves to throw punches in bunches ...Winky is a technical southpaw and difficult to attack ...I say Winky wins a close fight
I cant wait for Manny vs Hatton, that could easily be "fight of the year"

Unless Mayweather fights PacMan, it will be the fight of the year

For some reason I just dont see Mayweather coming back to fight Manny, but I would love to see that matchup

Arreola dominated this fight and showed he has a chin.

Artie Williams (sp?) talent director at HBO.
Paul Williams is indeed in quite a quandry. Middleweight isn't exactly where he'd like to be fighting, but no one would have anything to gain by fighting him at junior middle or at welterweight.
Maybe a tuneup fight, then the winner of Cotto/Clottey at welterweight?
How about Sugar Shane? I really don't see him being able to draw any fights at welterweight and I'm not quite sure he's ready to see the likes of a Pavlik or Arthur Abraham just yet.
Paul Williams 82 inch reach is an inch longer than heavyweight titleholder Wladimir Klitschko. Who the hell wants to fight the Punisher?
Williams' promoter:
"This is why we went up to 160 pounds, because we had to give somebody an advantage or a comfort level that when we got Paul up to 160 it was an even playing field. But it's not," Goossen said. "The bar may be raised and he may have to go to 168. But Paul says he wants to go back to 147. We'll either go to 147 and get his title back, go to 154 and get another title or fight again at 160."
Theoretically speaking, if he were to go to super middle, Kessler/Williams would be one hell of a fight. Or Taylor/Williams. But they're looking way too far down the road. Kid's only 27.
