Owner got fined. Carmen Policy got fined (can't remember his position on team). Lost I believe 3rd and 5th pick. And I believe we got a cap penalty for few years but can't remember 100%.

So, here we are at 5:30 on Tuesday evening & Jimmy is still in the books. With our recent losses (Tomlinson, Jones) are we technically under the cap?

Or do we need to move some things around or cut somebody to fit Jimmy's money (unless something happens before tomorrow) under the cap?

I've been saying this over and over again. And posters have the audacity to claim that noone hates Jimmy. Its just so gross and disrespectful, something I expect to see from Philly and raider fans not niner fans.
