Classic 9er move and its smart.
Last year it was Bourne and he came in and did a solid job considering the circumstances.
Now its Pettis who isnt a scrub. He can be an emergency 4 or 5th option

I'm told Solomon Thomas is actually signed elsewhere (!) so I won't rest if we don't sign Balmer to help with the DL. I love the bust nostalgia vibe.
