Yup lol! We miss you on the other thread.

Lol I used my Marner tshirt to clean up a water leak not long ago and saw a billboard of him the other day, rolled my eyes and cursed. Maybe I am a fake fan

Go to the other thread and don't get triggered from SunD and Diehard post lol. I don't want us to muddy up the Great Pettis thread with junk.

As for Pettis, I wish we went after with someone who just got cut (OBJ maybe?) or Free agent that has been playing lately.

I still don't understand this signing at all.

You need healthy bodies for practice. He hopefully remembers enough of the offense that he can jump into practice and provide some reps. He is on the practice squad, and unlikely to get any playing time.

Can't have Deebo returning kicks or punts and Cowing is unreliable health wise

its been fine so far this year.

I'm told Solomon Thomas is actually signed elsewhere (!) so I won't rest if we don't sign Balmer to help with the DL. I love the bust nostalgia vibe.

Let's get back the original 99 Buckner while we're at it. Brenston, not DeForest

Here's some highlights from his time with the Saints. If he can duplicate some of this with the 49ers til we get our starters healed up, I'm good with that.

honestly there were some nice plays in there. Doesn't seem to have lost much speed. Still nice releases, routes, still very elusive

He's done more then Cowing up to this point.

John Lynch on signing Dante Pettis:

"With Dante, just like when we drafted him, he's a talented football player. He also brings some value in that he's a punt returner. I think a lot of people thought there were hard feelings when he left. There weren't hard feelings, like Kyle… pic.twitter.com/vGGOV1ORWC

He should have hearts instead of + on his face.

He should have hearts instead of + on his face.

Those are crosses, not + signs. He is a Christian and often shares verses on his social media page.
