Sleeper agent.
I don't normally feel like the team owes fans anything outside of trying their best to win games but in this case...they need to do something.

You have to show fans you're trying to do SOMETHING to change this injury stuff. I can understand fluke injuries with guys getting rolled up on, bad luck...cannot be helped. All of these soft body injuries and frequency of injury in practice tells me SOMETHING has to change. I don't care if it's ceremonial you have to show fans you're not just brushing this stuff of as part of football.

No other team is dealing with running out of IR to return designations week 3 of the damn season! FIX IT or at least show us you're trying! It's exhausting as a fan.
I honestly want to know if they do any warm up stretching before practice.

Sure, some injuries you can't prevent (like Warner's last year), but this is way past being a trend.

Something is clearly off with the team.
Stop going to the games. Stop buying merchandise. Make a point by affecting the owners wallet.

I agree.

When national broadcasters begin with the "lingering story of San Francisco injuries," it is time to recognize something is wrong with the way the team prepares players.

A token firing won't fix what has happened but it does give fans some hope. In an age when there is tons of information about injuries and injury prevention, it is unacceptable that this team continues to lead the league in the worst category of all.

It's difficult to take this FO seriously regarding injuries when they refuse to look at the common denominator.

They will investigate a substation before acknowledging the elephant in the room. It's completely unprofessional to choose keeping your buddy on staff in detriment of the well-being of an NFL team.

As a fan, I don't want hope, I want them to actually fix the issue. I'm not convinced that Dustin Perry is actually the problem, because nobody has actually pointed out what he's doing wrong. Our uptick in injuries per year also actually started around 2014, 3 years before KS got here. If we want to point to a common denominator, it'd be Jed York and Levi's Stadium.

Why start at 2017? The injury problem in SF predates this regime. Did people forget about the 2014 49ers which were massacred by injuries? Harbaugh's 49ers were healthy from 2011 to 2013, and then they moved into Levi's in 2014 only to be torn to shreds by injuries...or that Chip Kelly and Jim Tomsula also dealt with high number of injuries?? Is Perry responsible for these teams as well?

49ers injuries wrecked 2014 as much or more than coaching drama

Every single team has to deal with injuries, but in 2014 the 49ers had more games missed due to injury than any other team in the NFL. We take a look at how it impacted the season.

Is Dustin Perry part of the problem? Maybe. I don't know. But to place all of the blame of the insane number of injuries on him and his staff doesn't make sense to me. What's been happening in Santa Clara isn't normal. Maybe looking at abnormal explanations isn't quackery.

Two things can be true at the same time. Those injury plagued seasons don't invalidate a pattern in 7 of 8. After playing for the Eagles, Tartt spoke of the stark differences between training methods of the two teams.
