We lose one to Seattle, both against the Rams, and loss number 4 is against the Chiefs.

13-4

Healthy year. I said what I said 😁
I'm gna say 12-5 with that schedule. I think all the travel gets to us a couple times. Excited for the season now!!
We play the Seahawks coming off a bye and the Rams coming off a mini-bye, what else is new....

this is hilarious lol...
Not gonna lie; hate this schedule. Two international games. Opener being one of them.

3 straight home games on the sun in levi's.

3 of the last 9 on the road during a stretch that includes on the road in Dallas, followed by on the road in Mexico against Minny; then the Seahawks, Giants, Rams, Chargers, Chiefs, and Eagles.

The Niners enjoyed the luxury of schedule favorability for the first time in forever last year and while they made the second round of the playoffs in incredible fashion, they—god forbid—couldn't stay remotely healthy to make a true run.

Someone make me feel better about this schedule because even in a long line of really rough ones, this one seems the s**ttiest in a long long time.

Whole schedule is pretty rough oof

Hopefully it's AZ week 18

2nd half schedule looks brutal. Better start off hot

Won't matter. An aging CMC and still crap oline that they didn't address in the draft. You can book it right now, Reed goes 85-0 against Karv ShannaLevy and knocks him out of the playoffs. Guaranteed. This team fights to 9 wins with those last 4 and 5 out of last 6. Brutal schedule.

Damn what a s**tty schedule. Home heavy early in the season vs crappy teams. Road heavy late in the season vs playoff teams. Three of the five primetime slots after mid November. Last 4/6 weeks on the road including traveling to the worst turf in the league NY and snowy KC.

Another year, another season of NFL sticking it to us.

I thought they were supposed to help us out after giving us 2 international games including the insane Australia trip…I'm not seeing it.

Giving us a gauntlet of heavy hitters at the end of the season. Giving us an on paper weak and inconsequential opponent coming out of our bye week in the Raiders. Meanwhile Seattle gets us off a bye and Rams get Packers, a divisional and NFC playoff potential team respectively while we get an AFC team.

3 out of last 4 games on the road.

I realize who we play is locked in but just feels like a grind how they built it out. No help vs our divisional rivals in terms of rest advantage. Clearly NFL wants Rams/Seahawks to battle it out for the division since they don't them play until week 16 then last week of the season. Boy I hope we have that decision backfire on them.

When your owner bends over every time Goodell suggests it, what do you expect ?
If we can beat the Rams in Week 1, we can start the year 4-0!

Then in Week 5, Seattle is only favored 3.5 points against us at home. So that game is winnable as well.

Home field advantage gone due to extra rest for division rivals

If you want to feel better about it, look at the Cardinals schedule.

That game will be such a toss up honestly. Nobody can predict how either or both teams react to the travel(we see weird games a ton in international ones)

It is week 1 which is always tough to predict in general.

Obviously we don't know at this point who we'll have out there. Rams for the most part are more known in who they'll have(can't account for injuries in camp/preseason)

I would be surprised if we had Kittle for this game which as we know is a big loss. Having said that we should be a much better team going into that game than the one we beat them with last year. They did help themselves with the corner additions but we've added impact players on both sides of the ball.

I like our chances if we are healthy with at least Bosa and Mykel back but Kittle can't go.
It's brutal and unfair to different teams every year and to think owners want 18 games of this brutality. 3 games on Christmas/Thanksgiving with no respect for the holidays and minimizing family life. My old philosophical buddy once told me in a war a guy does his duty killing the enemy and it has a profound effect on him. The second time he comes to accept it and the 3rd time he starts to enjoy it. The Super Bowl will soon be played in late February-not good. The season is just too long. Add to it the international games and it's becoming sadistic in the name of success. It's not our brains and knees getting torn up and the players are too dumb to know when to quit. It's like Icarus flying too close to the sun after being warned. Those that know what the deal is may find minor injuries a blessing in disguise. The perrennial playoff teams will pay a price and be forced to discard more good worn-out players. The football pundits are there to act cheerful, promote the product, and be oblivious to the damage going on. Think of the townspeople who 'didn't know' what was happening inside the gates at at Auschwitz. Is the analogy unfair? Let's me just say the season should be cut down to 15 games with 2 byes-no tie games or 50-50 W-L records. That would allow plenty more anticipation for big games and the quality of fewer contests would go up. Would the NFL do the right thing and thereby cut into it's revenue goals? I can see when it's being overdone-the capitalism that's often it's own worst enemy. For those of you that can't get enough of this feel free to respond.
Seattle vs Rams week 16 AND week 18
We're finishing 3rd in the division aren't we?
Seems like we ALWAYS play either the Rams or Seattle in the final weeks of the season to decide the division winner and playoff seeding.
Unless.....it's gonna come down to the Niners and Cards? LOL
