On my want list for his interior pass rush around this part of the draft. Good pick, will be a nice rotational piece

The Dline rotation is rounding out nicely. Fresh bodies providing interior rush.

Agree! I had him as one of the top DT still available, and as far as pass pushing DT, he was second best available behind Procter who got picked before us.
Still desperately need guard, but this is one that actually fills a need with a good player.
Not my BPA but at least it wasn't a horrendous reach for a non need.

+ 8.5 sacks over the past two years
+ Alignment versatility
+ High effort player
+ 10.2% stop rate as a run defender
+ Active hands
+ Good athlete on tape
+ Timing to shoot gaps
+ 30 pressures in 2025 (29 in 2024)
+ 86.9 run defense grade in… pic.twitter.com/hN7vwSW42F
that looks like Bryant Young lol.... last dude we had that could shoot the gap that consistently
we will see...but looks like a legit pick, even more so on a line with Bosa and Osa

Happy with this pick...makes sense given our roster and scheme.
He is the understudy to Osa and hopefully develops into a similar caliber player
Our DL should come in non stop waves if everyone is healthy

This guy rarely gets squared up. When he does, he does a good job of anchoring down
