UPDATED:
That's 74 players currently signed for 2026, of course the majority of the reserve/futures guys won't make it to TC, and Aiyuk is a goner, but I see the following making it as of now, bolded are the ones I see making it either as locks or as of now, until they bring in better players, 48 of them, of course Kittle likely begins on PUP, and again not all are locked into spots.
QB: Brock Purdy(2030)/ Mac Jones(2026)/ Kurtis Rourke(2028)/ Adrian Martinez(2026)
RB: Christian McCaffrey(2027)/ Jordan James(2028)/ Isaac Guerendo(2027)/ Patrick Taylor Jr.(2026)
FB: Kyle Juszcyzk(2026)
WR: Mike Evans(2028)/ Ricky Pearsall(2027)/ Christian Kirk(2026)/ Demarcus Robinson(2026)/ Jordan Watkins(2028)/ Jacob Cowing(2027)/ Malik Turner(2026)/ Junior Bergen(2026)/ Colten Dowell(2026)/ Brandon Aiyuk(2028)
TE: George Kittle(2029)/ Jake Tonges(2027)/ Luke Farrell(2027)/ Brayden Willis(2026)/ Hayden Rucci(2026)
C: Jake Brendel(2026)/ Drake Nugent(2026)
LG: Brett Toth(2026)/ Connor Colby(2028)/ Nick Zaklej(2026)
RG: Dominick Puni(2027)/ Zachary Thomas(2026)
LT: Trent Williams(2026)/ Vederian Lowe(2027)/ Austen Pleasants(2026)
RT: Colton McKivits(2028)/ Brandon Parker(2026)/ Isaac Alarcón(2026)
DE: Nick Bosa(2028)/ Mykel Williams(2028)/ Keion White(2026)/ Sam Okuayinonu(2026)/ William Bradley-King(2026)/ Andrew Farmer II(2026)
DT: Osa Odighizuwa(2028)/ Alfred Collins(2028)/ Sebastian Valdez(2026)
NT: C.J. West(2028)/ Evan Anderson(2026)
WLB: Dre Greenlaw(2026)/ Dee Winters(2026)/ Nick Martin(2028)/ Jalen Graham(2026)
MLB: Fred Warner(2029)/ Tatum Bethune(2027)/ Garret Wallow(2026)
SLB: Luke Gifford(2027)/ Milo Eifler(2026)
CB: Deommodore Lenoir(2029)/ Renardo Green(2027)/ Upton Stout(2028)/ Nate Hobbs(2026)/ Darrell Luter Jr.(2026)/ Eli Apple(2026)/ Tre Tomlinson(2026)/ Jakob Robinson(2027)
FS: Ji'Ayir Brown(2026)/ Siran Neal(2026)/ Derrick Canteen(2026)/ Darrick Forrest(2026)
SS: Malik Mustapha(2027)/ Marques Sigle(2028)
PK: Eddy Piñeiro(2029)
P: Corliss Waitman(2026)
LS: Jon Weeks(2026)
We still have 6 picks obviously, also we have about $39.6M in cap room, before knowing Hobbs, Gifford, Kirk, & Waitman's details, still have needs, a speedy WR, a TE, LG, 1-2 EDGEs, IDL, CB, & FS, also again wouldn't mind finding a veteran RB via trade or bring back Robinson if the money makes sense.

Agree on the needs AB.
I can see Lynch adding late summer camp/salary cap cuts from around the NFL.
mid tier OL most likely.

Yeah, I can see them adding some cap cuts later in the offseason.

Yeah, I can see them adding some cap cuts later in the offseason.
I also like the fact that the practice squad is a useful thing now.

Agreed, glad that you can bring in 6 veterans to the PS, it's very helpful for sure.

WR - Deebo Samuel (Still very close with the team, Deebo as a WR3 is a win)
WR - Tyreek Hill (Having his speed in this Offense would be a game changer)
DE - Joey Bosa (Looked into signing him last year, but chose the Bills)

CB - Adding one more CB would be ideal for the 4-6 competition.

Roster Summary
Overall this is one of the better Rosters we've had before going into the Draft, but as of right now the LG Position is the biggest need we have. I like the veterans we added to the O-Line, but it doesn't fix the interior. Burford was one of the worst Graded Offensive starting Guards in the NFL. I can see if Caleb Lomu is there at #27 we take him and start him at LG next to Trent for the next 2 years. Its common College Tackles transition to Offensive Guard in the NFL, and with him most likely being the best available Offensive Linemen at that spot, I don't see us passing on him. In 383 pass-blocking snaps he only allowed 8 Pressures and 0 Sacks.
After LG we need to find someone that can Rush the Passer opposite of Bosa on Passing Downs. Mykel will be the Edge on earlier downs, but whether its Joey Bosa or if we get lucky and one of the better Edge Rushers fall to #27. We desperately need a Pass Rusher opposite of Bosa. I still think we sign Joey, he knows this his last chance to be able to play with his brother while he's still a Pro Bowl Caliber player. The rest of this month should be very interesting.

Really liking this roster they're building for this season. Hope they figure out Trents Contract before the Draft. Also, get that LG & DE figured out and were good.

Yeah, now we have 77 players signed, should still have close to like $28M in cap room, I don't see either Jones or Sample counting more than $2.5M each, and then they replace two guys making $1.075M each, as for the 14 spots left, yeah I see them adding mostly rookies, plus a vet EDGE, maybe an IDL, plus the fact that most of the futures deals will end up being cut after UDFAs sign, and the first rookie minicamp happens, as someone always wins a spot as a tryout player, but roster is looking much stronger than 2025, I'm liking what they've done so far, just need to bring in a proven veteran EDGE, and just draft well.

No disrespect to the 2025 roster because they won, but I do think this roster is much stronger (mainly due to the return of the injured guy) and deeper.

I'm feeling pretty damn good about this roster going into the draft. We could use another WR, LG, Edge but the only thing that we are actually missing is a cover FS

I wasn't including Aiyuk, since we all know he's a goner, but i really hope we don't settle with Robert Jones at LG. I think hes an upgrade over Burford, but not by much. If were unable to sign Joel Bitonio, then we might have use the #27 Pick on the best available O-Lineman, but i think they're going WR at #27. Everything is pointing towards them taking a WR, which im not against, but LG play was so bad last year. This Draft will be interesting having four 4th Rd Picks.

I'm not seeing WR as the pick unless one the top guys fall to us in the draft. We are still in, win now mode. What good is spending a first round pick on a WR, when we have Ricky, Evans, and Kirk as the top 3? Then we also have Robinson, and we have to see what Watkins/Cowing can do.
The best move here would ER or OL. My hope is that we go with BPA for OL.

ER is part of the DL. There is no chance we take a DT. We have enough ammo there.

If KC Concepcion is there, i don't see Kyle passing up on him. A WR trio of Evans/Pearsall/Concepcion with the depth behind them will give us the best WR group we've had under Shanahan, but i agree with you on Drafting the best available O-Linemen at #27. Considering we've never drafted an O-Linemen in the 1st rd, and our highest Draft Pick for an O-Linemen was at #58. Unfortunately I don't see them breaking the trend.
