1- We have no receivers. None. Our best WR will probably leave in free agency and Pearsall can't stay healthy.
2- Most of our star players we rely on so desperately are coming off severe injuries. Bosa tore his knee for the 3rd time. Warner broke his ankle. Mykel Williams tore his knee. Kittle won't play next year. And we have no depth behind them
3- All those guys mentioned are older, expensive and coming off major injuries. Trent Williams will be 38 and CMC was just ran into the ground and will be 30. We literally have 5 guys that if we lose just one of them, the entire position group goes to s**t.
4- We have needs at every position group, are picking at the back end of the draft and we have a front office who has had absolutely horrendous drafts. We have ZERO impact players under the age of 25.
5- We need at least two receivers, 1 TE, 1 LG, 1 C to start on offense. When Trent Williams and CMC retire or get hurt this offense is done.
6- We need one pass rushing 3T, we need to hope Bosa and Williams can play at a high level next year, we need two LBers to play alongside Warner. We need one CB, one SS and one FS.
7- We need depth at every position.

Ummm news flash. They are
We'll see, Seahawks have to find a new OC so they can keep the scheme we invented and groomed their play caller.
We also have more draft capital than them, and we get our best players back from injury.
As for the Rams, we beat them with a skeleton team, don't know how they managed to keep Shula, but he'll be gone next year, sure they have more draft capital but can Stafford and Davantae give the same level of performance another year older and battle worn?
Stafford goes and they crumble, even if he's healthy they'll have their hands full if we're healthy. We also get a 3rd placed schedule which could lead to a couple more wins.

once again.
19 chiefs were near the top with offensive holds during the regular season. Super Bowl against 49ers they ran over 70 offensive and not one damn flag thrown for offensive holding And we all saw hold after hold after hold.
23 chiefs led the league in offensive holding during regular season and once again not one damn flag thrown for holding against the Niners in the Super Bowl.
Don't worry though. Sooner or later the WWE errrrrrrrrrrrrr nfl will pick the niners to win their 6th.
Rigged AF!

Both seasons we played the Chiefs outside of QB we were the better team and underperformed. That's on coaching.

Why were the Chiefs the favorite the first time?
Funny how you never make that argument about 2012.

Cheifs had a great pass game that year. But I argue that we were better on D. We can start with the DLine that had Bosa, Defo, Armstead and the 2019 version of M.Williams in S.Thomas. Our LB's had Greenlaw, Warner and Azeez. Secondary had R.Sherman, Mosley, Tartt and Ward. No one on that D was a liability and many of these guys were or became stars in the league.
Our offense was also loaded at the time with a decent Oline, a speedy Mostert breaking out with a young Juice blocking. WR's were a young Deebo, Kittle and E.Sanders.
Chiefs were a one dimensional offense that year and looking up the booking numbers were -1.5 for the SB, just for comparison we were favored -2 for the 23 SB and lost that one too.

Could we have beaten the Pats in the SB, with Fred, if we somehow found ourselves in it. Coin flip?
