Hell the year Rams won they'd not beaten us since forever but all of a sudden they beat us with Jimmy G and went on to win the chip. 💩 happens

Man you guys got a lot of EXCUSES for Shany. Anything to prop up the participation trophy king.

No excuses. Until Kyle wins the big one, you have to give those guys their respect as the best right now. I also think if Kyle faces one of their Super Bowl opponents he probably has at least 1 ring too but it is what it is and results are results.

It's not about excuses, it's about context for when people crow about how much better the Seahawks and Rams are than us.

It's akin to the 80s Bengals drawing SF twice and coming up just short each time. Sometimes you're at your best at the wrong time because you match up with an all-timer.

The good news is that they give out another trophy every year, and if you can knock on the door enough you usually break through.

Is that copium to defend Kyle's SB / NFCC record ? If not where did you come up with that theory?

No excuse for who he got in the Superbowl. They play who they play, team was still good enough to win both times.

We'll see, Seahawks have to find a new OC so they can keep the scheme we invented and groomed their play caller.

We also have more draft capital than them, and we get our best players back from injury.

As for the Rams, we beat them with a skeleton team, don't know how they managed to keep Shula, but he'll be gone next year, sure they have more draft capital but can Stafford and Davantae give the same level of performance another year older and battle worn?

Stafford goes and they crumble, even if he's healthy they'll have their hands full if we're healthy. We also get a 3rd placed schedule which could lead to a couple more wins.
Our defenses have done their part against the powerful Chiefs offense and Mahomes/Reid... It has been our loaded offense with offensive Genius Kyle Shanahan who have not been able to put teams away with a 1st down conversation here or there. All that personnel and Kyle couldn't get 10 yards to save his life/season.

lol
once again.
19 chiefs were near the top with offensive holds during the regular season. Super Bowl against 49ers they ran over 70 offensive and not one damn flag thrown for offensive holding And we all saw hold after hold after hold.

23 chiefs led the league in offensive holding during regular season and once again not one damn flag thrown for holding against the Niners in the Super Bowl.

Don't worry though. Sooner or later the WWE errrrrrrrrrrrrr nfl will pick the niners to win their 6th.

Rigged AF!

In 2019 we had hands down the BEST pass rush DL combo in the NFL. Better than 2024 PHI and better than 2025 SEA. How the hell did that trash OL not get ONE holding call whilst mugging our guys?

The math ain't mathing

That ain't Kyle that ain't John Lynch fault. We built that team the right way and yet the very DL we built best in the NFL by a wide margin got neutralized by the worst OL via holding and officiating

This

Just need AZ to complete the hat trick now….In all honesty, it wouldn't be surprising if they somehow manage to do it before we do.

This dude is definitely drinking the Kool Aide.

1- We have no receivers. None. Our best WR will probably leave in free agency and Pearsall can't stay healthy.

2- Most of our star players we rely on so desperately are coming off severe injuries. Bosa tore his knee for the 3rd time. Warner broke his ankle. Mykel Williams tore his knee. Kittle won't play next year. And we have no depth behind them

3- All those guys mentioned are older, expensive and coming off major injuries. Trent Williams will be 38 and CMC was just ran into the ground and will be 30. We literally have 5 guys that if we lose just one of them, the entire position group goes to s**t.

4- We have needs at every position group, are picking at the back end of the draft and we have a front office who has had absolutely horrendous drafts. We have ZERO impact players under the age of 25.

5- We need at least two receivers, 1 TE, 1 LG, 1 C to start on offense. When Trent Williams and CMC retire or get hurt this offense is done.

6- We need one pass rushing 3T, we need to hope Bosa and Williams can play at a high level next year, we need two LBers to play alongside Warner. We need one CB, one SS and one FS.

7- We need depth at every position.

Isn't it weird how the most important 💩 always seem to happen to only us?

The call that pissed me off most in that 2019 game was that half-assed OPI call on Kittle late in the first half. It was like "let em play....no NOT like that!"
The ultimate problem is that because we can't draft, we took shortcuts to get to the Super Bowl and failed.

Even if people or the media saw us as favorites we have not been the actual favorites in reality in our recent Super Bowl trips.

Start drafting better with more consistency and build a roster that will close games out at the end.

Find players who can close on the QB rather than alligator-arming them just to watch them escape every single time.

Find offensive linemen who will help you get that 1st down when it's 3rd or 4th and short.

The problem is the manner in which they have built the rosters. If we want to win Super Bowls, they have to do a better job.
