New fan? Lol been a Niner fan since 1988 when I first started watching football. Watching Walsh and Joe mesmerized me and stole my heart lol. Obviously, I have seen 49ers win it three times..so this losing s**t was quite a shock for a while. Lol.

My top rivals have switched a few places over the years..obviously, Cowboys and Green Bay were a thorn in the side. But they are a joke now lol. But f Dallas forever..I dnt see GB as too much of a threat cause they have been soft for a while lol.

Raiders..obviously, battle of the Bay and f**k them coming to Vegas but yay, new stadium:). But Raiders are a complete joke now lol. NYG, lol I mean, sure, classic rival.. but they haven't been a threat since Eli f-g b--stard Manning lol. I have always hated the Rams and can't stand Stafford cause he is a complete a*****e. And I hate KC so much, I can't even watch games with them in it lol. And f**k Seattle all day long. Wilson yrs, terrible. And Seattle fans suck lol.

I guess I'm a middle child in all this. I was born in 87, and only have vague childhood memories of winning back in 94. But at least I have those memories. I was too young to get heated in the rivalry with the Cowboys, but Packers are always on my s**t list…Favre is probably still my most hated player. Hate that A-hole lol

Older fans like myself don't consider ourselves the only real fans. We just like to point out some history about this team that many younger fans may not be aware of. What younger fans are going through now is exactly what fans like myself went through in the 60s and 70s when the Niners couldn't win a title. We had to listen to Raiders fans who were in their heyday. That's how the Niners fans became known as the faithful. It took 31 years of frustration before the franchise won it's first title. Now it's been about the same amount of time since they won their last one. At least the Niners have been to 3 SBs in the past 13 yeaers. They weren't even getting to one during those early years.

I feel for the frustrated younger fans but at least the team is competiive nearly every year. It's harder to get to the SB now because of the expanded playoffs. It often means an extra game. Plus the longer season takes more of a toll on the players. Especially for teams with a lot of older guys.

Keep the faith. Eventually it will happen.

Favre was a nightmare, completely lol. But the guy ended up stealing from welfare...who would have thought lol. His retirement from the NFL was the biggest relief ever and it took, so, damn. Long. Lol

The Cowboys rivalry was intense as s**t but also so much fun. My most hated players..probably the dude who hit Joe Montana, Marshall..he comes off as a dick when talking about the hit too. So ya, f**k him and NYG.

And Michael Vick..f**k anyone that hurts animals..he should have never played another snap. So, f**k the NFL for letting him back on..but yet, blacklisted Kap lol. Kap seems like he has a bit of a douche personality some but damn lol. Other players have done worse s**t than that guy ever did and they weren't treated like that. Plus, NFL embraced much of what Kap was protesting about, so honestly, Kap wins in that respect. NFL has gotten way too political though. Other sports too, which is meh.

And Stafford..him not giving a flying s**t about a lady taking a nose dive off the SB stage and breaking her spine was one of the most coldest, f**ked up things ever. Lol I feel bad for his wife tbh. What a douche.

well yeah. Darnold is paid decent but not crazy money for QB standards, subpar money. Cross is their biggest cap hit, and then Leonard Williams but thatd be his last year on that contract anyway

JSN is on a rookie contract. So is Zabel.

Seattle really doesnt have any big-time contracts right now besides Cross. They have a ton of flexibility.
