Keep em guessing, not that it seems to really matter to Philly, but still, keep em guessing

What concerns me about this game is how physical philly's defense is. I'm mainly concerned because Seattles defense throttled us and man handled us. Philly's d is similar. So hopefully the result is different but I'm not expecting it to be.

Seattle's defense is on another level compared to Philly this yr

Both awesome units with studs all around. Let's hope our offense can bounce back and not essentially get shut out again. Lol

i knew there was a real chance we would lose but the way we lost, man really crushed any idea I had of us trying to win it all. lol let's hope this weekend is inspiring and we go back to ballin

It seemed like 49ers (coaches / players) weren't expecting (100% confident) to be here all year long for the most part. They may have had mixed thoughts from one week to the next... kinda like staying positive and confident while, at times, doubt and uncertainty lingered in the back of their minds a little bit

They could be feeling loose and disappointed from not playing to the best of their ability last week... might be the case of a frustrated, depleted (Niner) team coming off terrible loss, about to face (as road dogs) an over confident Eagles team licking their chops

Most analysts, bettors, average joes and what not are just focusing on what happened last week, seem to be forgetting even bad teams can look the total opposite on a weekly basis and "any given Sunday"

We can (as expected) get mopped and embarrassed on national TV again, but Niners are also totally capable of pulling off a huge upset, it kinda feels like the latter can happen the closer we get to Sunday. 49ers are live underdogs playing with house money Gonna be a doozy

i think they are equal honestly philly may be better the difference is philly offense is so bad and the eagles D has been on the field more which is maybe why seattles stats are better

If the eagles offense gets going - they can beat anyone. Seattle is considered the most complete team cause all three units have played well but I think Philly is a sleeping giant. If they can get clicking - I don't think anyone will beat them.

eagles, Seahawks, and Texans all have incredible defenses in their own right. I think Seahawks and Philly have the best overall defenses.
Cooper DeJean should be a Niner

Yup. Hoping beyond hope.

The difference is you can run on the Eagles defense. They average giving up 124 yards per game on the ground. Only 10 teams have given up more yards on the ground. They have also given up 20 rushing TD's and only 5 teams have given up more. Teams average 4.3 YPC against them which is actually the same average our run defense has.

This is the only chance we have of pulling off the upset. Running the football, You get the run game going and you have a chance. You get to control the clock, wear down their defense and more importantly keep our defense off the field. 40 is the number. That's the number of rushing attempt's. And you have to stick with it, Even if at times it seems it's not working.

I wish it meant more 12 personnel with Tonges. Cowing and Watkins aren't getting targets even if they suit up

Fangio might stack the box to stop CMC, bracket Kittle and play man behind because without Pearsall we don't a have a deep threat.

Fangio is smart.

Kubiak said we won't play 12 because

Shanny simply loves his old FB way too much.
I had said earlier in the week the spread may go up to 6-7 if neither trent nor pearsall plays. Both are questionable.
Brock had a great game against Chicago but unfortunately his 1 big mistake (pick 6 on first play of game) cost us Trent Williams.

The basically healthiest team in the playoffs vs the unhealthiest team, boy that's a great prospect.

Texans have the best defense and they'll be in the Super bowl
